O Curso tem por objetivo capacitar o profissional para prevenir e tratar patologias com base no equilíbrio bioquímico e nutricional de cada indivíduo, habilitando-o para utilizar os nutrientes como ferramenta de promoção à saúde e tratamento dos clientes de forma segura e humanizada, no ambiente hospitalar, ambulatorial, consultório e domiciliar, para o diagnóstico e conduta nutricional nas diversas condições clínicas.
